Dr. Farizani and the staff have received many certificates of excellence and commendation for quality of care. While these honors and awards recognize their commitment, they also challenge us toward continuous care improvement centered on the patient. We are happy to announce once again we were the recipient of the Quality Award from Texas Children Health Plan for Well Child care, Adolescent Well care, Treatment of Diabetes, Treatment of ADHD, and Cervical Cancer Screening. Certificate of Achievement in recognition of outstanding infant and Adolescent immunization coverage.
