Audiology Diagnostics Overview
Audiology problems like tinnitus can affect a patient’s hearing and balance and require various testing to diagnose accurately. An audiologist will perform several tests to identify the cause and degree of hearing loss. Afterward, a strategy will be designed for the individual to solve the problem.
At Hillcroft Physicians P.A., we offer preliminary diagnostic evaluations for hearing loss due to problems with the ear canal, middle ear, or eardrum.

What are common problems that cause hearing loss?
Ear infection & allergies commonly can cause hearing loss due to excess fluid in the ears creating pressure. Sometimes earaches may be common as well.
