Senior Operation Manager

Charlie Mosquera has worked as an administrator at Hillcroft Physicians P.A. for over six years. He serves as the primary point of contact and liaison between patients, staff, physicians, Medical Director, and CEO at the clinic, and he plans and directs day-to-day activities to meet the clinic’s mission. Charlie has worked in healthcare for over 10 years at a variety of practices. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Emphasis in Finance from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, as well as an Associate of Arts with Emphasis in Business Administration from Del Mar College.

Charlie is a resourceful professional with a solid track record of managing Hillcroft Physicians P.A., from his ability to maintain the budget through inventory management to capitalizing on new business ventures. He enjoys giving back to the community, working with the patients of Hillcroft Physicians P.A., and “leading by example.” Charlie is bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
