Billing Manager

Norma McCoy is a certified Notary and Insurance Billing and Coding Specialist and has been billing a variety of specialties for over 27 years. Norma has held many positions in the field from the front office to medical assistant, before finally landing in billing and administration. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Office Administration and studied accounting while maintaining Dean’s and President’s List status. She enjoys working at Hillcroft Physicians P.A., especially watching the department grow and learning new things every day.
